The City will hold a public hearing to obtain comments from the public regarding its proposal to the NJDEP Green Acres Program for the proposed major diversion of the land beneath the City's bicycle and pedestrian trail located between Pulaski Avenue and Hall Avenue owned by the City. The proposed parkland diversion would include the installation and operation of an underground 16-inch petroleum pipeline.
